Details of the new product introduction service are listed below:
- Test arrangement: Test arrangement mainly includes establishment of project time schedule for each phase, arrangement for special cases by specialists, data searching and organization, and pilot sample confirmation (not the formal sample).
- Test open meeting: Test open meeting includes pre-production preparations under testing requirements of each phase, the approval of each department’s work progress and the review of the production time schedule.
- Test issues and solutions: Test issues and solutions includes collections of problems during pilot run, once-and-for-all solutions provided by each department, reviews of appropriateness of the production flow, adjustment for production, and assessment of carries testing result at each stage.
- Internal meeting on pilot production: Discussions on the schemes of pilot run at each stage, on the carriers testing process result, on the adjustment of the production flow and on the improvement of the productivity.
- Pre-production meeting before mass production: Pre-production meeting includes the final confirmation of the hardware and software versions, assembly instructions, the final version of SOP, BOM issuing, official samples confirmation and releasing, and the confirmation of the MP material and the mass production schedule.
